WHO CAN DO THE TOUGH MUDDER?
Truly anybody can do the Tough Mudder, so if you’re wondering “Can I do this?” or you’re thinking “Looks like fun, but I could NEVER do that!” then think again. The Tough Mudder is NOT an individual race. In fact, it’s not a race at all. It’s a team event through and through. Teams help each other through the obstacles and you go at your own pace. Participants also have the option to bypass any obstacle on the course.
HOW WILL WE TRAIN?
Training for the Tough Mudder will involve progressive circuit training that incorporates metabolic resistance training, tailored to prep you for the various obstacles we’ll encounter on the course. And since the Tough Mudder takes place outdoors, we’ll do some of our training outdoors too.
