CRUXFIT IN-HOME SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 6-session Package  =  $35.00/person/session ($210 total/person)
    Small Group PT (3-6 people). All trainer sessions are 45 minutes long with additional homework as prescribed. Includes mileage & prep time. A complimentary Assessment & Consultation is recommended prior to your first session.
  • 12-session Package  =  $25.00/person/session ($300 total)
    Small Group PT (3-6 people). All trainer sessions are 45 minutes long with additional homework as prescribed. Includes mileage & prep time. A complimentary Assessment & Consultation is recommended prior to your first session.
  • 24-session Package  =  $20.00/person/session ($480 total)
    Small Group PT (3-6 people). All trainer sessions are 45 minutes long with additional homework as prescribed. Includes mileage & prep time. A complimentary Assessment & Consultation is recommended prior to your first session.

INDIVIDUAL IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 6-session Package  =  $70.00/session ($420 total)
    All trainer sessions are 45 minutes long with additional homework as prescribed. Includes mileage & prep time. A complimentary 45-60 minute Assessment & Consultation is required prior to your first session.
  • 12-session Package  =  $60.00/session ($720 total)
    All trainer sessions are 45 minutes long with additional homework as prescribed. Includes mileage & prep time. A complimentary 45-60 minute Assessment & Consultation is required prior to your first session.
  • 24-session Package  =  $55.00/session ($1,320 total: may be split over 3-monthly payments, contact me for details)

I am currently training on a very part-time basis out of my fitness studio at Open Window Theatre but I am not accepting any new personal training clients at this time.
